In this role, your specific responsibility is to work with system & design team and be responsible for all aspects of the design cycle:
- specification development,
- conceptual design,
- transistor level design,
- circuit layout supervision,
- design validation testing,
- Presentation at design reviews.
The successful candidate will have：
- A MSEE with a minimum of 4 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 6 years experience.
- Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout, tapeout and testing
- Proven mass productions experience
- Be able to lead the design team and mentor less experienced team members
- Understanding semiconductor process/devices, layout tools and VHDL-A, Verilog-A or other high level modeling language
- Understanding of geometric verification, schematic to layout verification is also mandatory
- Experience with design in areas of power management IC or data converters a plus
- Willing to work with customers, and have good communication skills (both Chinese and English) is preferred.

Senior Analog to Digital Converter Designer

Knowledge and experience required to support the job role:
Prior RD experience in offline flyback or forward converter design.
Good know-how on Power electronics, PWM switch mode control theory, voltage mode current mode control loop stability, AC/DC Converter, LED Lighting.
Experience on PCB and magnetic designs. Knowledge on PCB optimization for ESD, EMI improvements.
Familiar with system power safety requirement/ standards.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Good at English.
